China's property market sees prices level off
China has just released its latest property price numbers showing that house prices levelled off in June, after eight months of declines.
While house prices fell in 21 out of 70 cities, they rose in its major centres of Shanghai and Beijing.
Asia Business Report's Rico Hizon spoke to Patrick Chovanec from the School of Economics and Management, at Tsinghua University in Beijing. He said there have been concerns about price discounting, and overheating in the market.
