House prices unlikely to rise in near future, say surveyors

Surveyors are expecting house prices to dip in the coming months, according to new figures by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

23% of those questioned, expected prices to fall rather than rise in the next three months.

Peter Bolton King, the director of RICS, said he saw little sign of change in the outlook over the next year.
