'Healthy profits' for Dubai hotels

Hotels in Dubai reported 100% occupancy rates last weekend as tourists from across the Gulf descended on the emirate to celebrate Eid al-Adha.

It reflects a wider trend in Dubai where new hotels are opening at a dramatic rate.

But like the real estate bubble that burst in 2008, does the hotel industry risk over-supply too?
