Rogue trader Kweku Adoboli sentenced for £1.4bn loss

A rogue trader who lost UBS, £1.4billion, has been sentenced to seven years in prison.

Kweku Adoboli, aged 32, was seen as a high flier.

He worked long hours and it seemed his efforts were more than paying off but it turned out he had been gambling away staggering sums of money and then covering his tracks.
