Hewlett Packard row with UK entrepreneur over accounts

One of Britain's leading entrepreneurs is embroiled in a furious row with the technology giant, Hewlett Packard.

The American company bought Mike Lynch's software firm, called Automony, last year in a multi billion pound deal but now Hewlett Packard has accused Mr Lynch, and other former bosses, of "accounting improprieties" and claims it paid £3billion too much.
