Back in court: Apple v Samsung in damages review
The battle between Apple and Samsung returns to court in California today to review a jury's decision to award Apple damages in August.
The two tech giants are arguing over design features on smartphones and tablets such as the 'pinch to zoom' effect.
Samsung hopes the patent verdict will be overturned or sum reduced, but Apple is calling on the judge to ban the sale of some rival handsets.
