Autumn Statement: Tax rises 'almost inevitable' says IFS

The director at the Institute for Fiscal Studies has said he believes tax rises and welfare cuts are "almost inevitable".

Speaking to the BBC's Hugh Pym, Paul Johnson also said "we're looking at really big cuts beyond 2015-16".
