'Foundations laid for eurozone growth'

The foundations have been laid for "sustained growth" in the eurozone, the EU economics commissioner has said.

Olli Rehn told BBC News that although there was a divergence between buoyant markets and challenging employment conditions, the economic reforms which have reassured investors would bear fruit in the wider economy.
