Chancellor George Osborne: Britain 'building for the future'

George Osborne has defended his handling of the economy and the government's spending on infrastructure.

The chancellor told the BBC's Hugh Pym that he had taken difficult decisions, but he was spending more on big projects for "Britain's economic future".
