Barclays' Antony Jenkins: Building a better Barclays
Barclays chief executive Antony Jenkins says the changes he is spearheading at the bank are about "building a better Barclays".
The bank has announced profits of £246m after deductions, and says it will be cutting 3,700 jobs, with just under half coming from its investment arm, as part of a £1.7bn cost-cutting programme.
Mr Jenkins told the BBC's Hugh Pym he wanted to create a culture where everyone working for the bank behaves "in a way that's consistent with our values."
