Tax avoidance: Should people be named and shamed?

A group of MPs says it is time to name and shame people who use legal loopholes to avoid paying tax.

The Public Accounts Committee said HMRC is missing out on £5bn a year in lost revenue.

Chas Roy-Chowdhury, head of taxation at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, spoke to BBC Radio 5 live Morning Reports.
