'Wages suffering to keep people in work' - Labour

Workers are "paying a huge price" in reduced wages in order to stay in work, according to Labour.

Shadow work and pensions secretary Liam Byrne said a fall in unemployment numbers was welcome, but the "pay cut" was key to understanding why employment was rising.
