Inside Hinkley B nuclear power station

The government is set to make its decision on whether to give the go-ahead to a new nuclear power plant at Hinkley Point in Somerset.

The BBC's John Moylan visited the proposed site for Hinkley Point C and went inside the existing Hinkley B nuclear power station.

The government and EDF are in negotiations to agree a contract for the guaranteed price the company will receive for the power it generates, and even if permission is granted, EDF would still need to confirm its intention to build the power plant.
