The electric car with an extra kick

Electric cars have been around for more than 100 years but they have never really caught on.

Although they have obvious advantages in terms of a lack of emissions, they are not as practical as cars that run on petrol or diesel.

And they aren't as much fun. Or at least that is what many people seem to think.

But could electric cars actually have more to offer?
