Brics nations 'to form development bank'

Leaders of the so-called Brics nations - Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa - are to negotiate over the formation of a development bank.

South African President Jacob Zuma said that the bank would fund infrastructure projects, and would increase co-operation across the countries.
