Japan's bid to challenge Amazon
Japanese e-commerce company Rakuten is looking to grow its business globally in a bid to challenge US rival Amazon.
Rakuten recently bought Canadian e-reader maker Kobo - a rival to Amazon's Kindle - and is looking for other sectors in which to expand its sources of revenue.
Tanya Beckett caught up with its president, Hiroshi Mikitani, and asked him about the company ethos "Omotenashi" - a Japanese attitude intended to help sellers create lasting business relationships.
