RBS could be split into two banks

A draft report from the Parliamentary Commission on Banking Standards calls for Royal Bank of Scotland to be split into a good bank and a bad bank, the BBC's Robert Peston learned.

The MPs and Lords on the Commission have until next Monday to read the report and formulate their views before fresh discussions on the bank's future.
