Investors sue Chinese conglomerate

In Hong Kong, corruption accusations made by whistleblowers in mainland China will be heard by the High Court later on Monday.

A group of small investors is suing executives at a Chinese state owned conglomerate alleging official wrongdoing during a major acquisition.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has said he plans to clamp down on corruption on the mainland.

The company has denied all charges.
