Fresh talks on reopening Kaesong zone
Officials from North and South Korea are meeting again to discuss reopening a joint industrial zone.
The Kaesong zone, which lies just inside North Korea, has been closed since Pyongyang withdrew its workers in April after being angered by United Nations sanctions.
It is home to 123 South Korean factories which employ more than 50,000 North Korean workers.
It is a key source of revenue for Pyongyang - South Korean firms pay almost $80m in salaries to those workers per year.
