Why China took issue with traditional mooncake gifts

The Chinese word "guangxi" means connections - but it has come to symbolise large scale corruption when doing business in modern-day China.

The new leadership is trying to address corruption - including a ban on using public funds to buy the traditional gift of mooncakes.
