Shanghai Tang goes back to its roots

Shanghai Tang is synonymous with Chinese chic.

The luxury brand - best known for its modern take on Chinese fashion from the 1920s and 30s - has returned to its roots and opened its largest store in Shanghai.

But as the company's executive chairman, Raphael Le Masne De Chermont, told the BBC's Sharanjit Leyl, the international chain may lose its "made in China" tag.
