Can Morocco turn young jobseekers into entrepreneurs?

The lack of jobs for young people was one of the biggest factors that led to revolution in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya.

Morocco calmed most of its unrest and the government promised to reduce graduate unemployment - currently 30% - in part by turning the young and jobless into entrepreneurs.
