Hugh's review: What is happening on the housing market?

The past week has seen figures suggesting that UK house prices rose at their fastest rate in August since June 2010.

BBC Chief Economics Correspondent Hugh Pym discussed the housing market with Yolande Barnes from Savills estate agents and John Wriglesworth of LSL Property Services.

Ms Barnes said there was a "huge disparity" between London's market and that of the rest of the UK.

Mr Wriglesworth said recent increases were an "adjustment" to a "moribund" market.
