China's Huishan Dairy shares debut in Hong Kong

One of China's biggest dairy producers has made its trading debut on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

Huishan Dairy raised $1.3bn (£800m) via a share sale, making it the second-largest listing in Hong Kong this year.

Milk and cheese are not a traditional staple of the Chinese diet, but this is changing with the emergence of a new middle class.

And as Juliana Liu reports, it could bode well for Huishan's future earnings growth.
