Amazon boss: Thousands of temps will become permanent

Amazon is just one of many companies hiring thousands of temporary workers ahead of the festive season.

The BBC's Dominic Laurie visited the firm's fulfilment warehouse in Swansea.

Amazon Europe's vice president Tim Collins said many of the temporary workers would become permanent staff.
