Campaigner: 'We're delighted wind farm plan shelved'

A campaign group has welcomed news that plans for a huge wind farm off the north Devon coast have been shelved.

Developer RWE Innogy cited technological challenges and market conditions for their decision to pull the plug on the Atlantic Array project.

However, Steve Crowther from Slay the Array told Sarah Ransome the explanation "was covering the fact that as the government is getting more unwilling to sponsor these events, the cost of finance is going up".
