Taiwan's airlines eye low cost market

Two airlines in Taiwan are looking to set up new budget carriers as they chase the growing trend for low cost travel - especially from China.

But they will be up against growing competition from no-frills start-ups in the region, and follow many other Asian carriers who have already set up budget arms in an attempt to meet passenger needs.

So how are they likely to fare in the crowded market?
