Ireland is first EU member to exit bailout programme
Ireland is due to exit its bailout programme after three years, 85 billion euros of aid and one of Europe's deepest recessions.
The country has now returned to growth, unemployment is falling and the IMF has praised its rescue programme as one that other bailout countries can learn from.
However, seven consecutive austerity budgets have not resolved all of Ireland's problems, as Hugh Pym reports from Dublin.
