Energy tariffs 'must be simpler' - Energy UK

Angela Knight from Energy UK, which represents gas and electricity suppliers, has welcomed new rules simplifying energy tariffs for consumers.

Speaking to the BBC's Carrie Gracie, she said that the industry still had a lot to do to build trust with customers.
