Sony finding it 'harder to make money' says analyst

The Japanese electronic giant, Sony, has had its credit rating cut to junk status by ratings agency Moody's.

It comes after the Japanese company lowered its full-year profit forecast by 40% in October.

Increased competition, slowing demand and falling prices have hit many of Sony's key businesses, such as its TV division.

Davies Murphy's Group technology analyst Chris Green told BBC Radio 5 live's Beccy Meehan: "In recent years they've been finding it harder and harder to make money."
