Man explains switching from British Gas after 15 years

Neil Dennison - an IT manager from Yorkshire - has been talking about why he switched from British Gas in October after 15 years with the provider.

He told BBC News that having a young family he had been spending over £2,000 a year on power and he had to "stop being a mug and look at switching".

He advised people that "loyalty counts for nothing... switch to the best deal you can get at the time."
