Xiaomi takes on smartphone rivals

Xiaomi is not yet a global name. But it is one of the fastest growing smartphone makers in China.

The company has so far only sold phones in greater China - but is now looking to expand globally and Singapore will be its first international market.

Hugo Barra, vice president of global operations at Xiaomi spoke to Puneet Pal Singh about adapting their strategy to succeed in outside markets.
