Australian minister hopeful of year-end TPP trade deal

Negotiations over an ambitious free trade deal have failed again.

Stumbling blocks over market access and import tariffs in the 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) remained after four days of talks in Singapore.

So what hope is there of a deal?

Australia's trade minister, Andrew Robb, is confident an agreement will be reached by the end of the year, as he told the BBC's Ali Moore.
