EU 'may not survive' crisis over euro, says George Soros

The European Union "may not survive" the "long-lasting" economic stagnation it faces because of the euro currency, billionaire investor George Soros has claimed.

Speaking to BBC Radio 4's Today programme, Mr Soros said eurozone countries are set to face "political crises" over the euro and Britain's membership in the EU.

First broadcast on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Wednesday 12 March.
