HS2 report can help project gain 'cross-party consensus'

Recommendations from HS2 chairman Sir David Higgins can ensure that the rail project gains "cross-party consensus", it has been claimed.

Robbie Owen from Pinsent Masons described Sir Higgins' report, which calls for the project's timescale to be accelerated, as a "turning point".
