United Arab Emirates eyes drone delivery market

The United Arab Emirates says it wants to use small government drones to provide services, like ID-card delivery, by next year.

A million-dollar competition has been launched to encourage companies, universities and individuals to develop a drone that can deliver the services.

So does the UAE have the right expertise to pull off the project?
