Bling and luxury bags for Indonesia's new mega-rich

Indonesia has been one of the fastest-growing economies in Asia, and is expected to have one of the biggest rises in the number of billionaires in the region over the next decade.

That has led to a boom in people and businesses servicing the new mega-rich.
