Building re-starts on Dubai's World islands project

For over four years, Dubai's World islands project has remained dormant. The global financial crisis caused construction to either be cancelled or put on hold.

However, building work is now underway on the island known as the 'heart of Europe' and there is hope it may prove to be a catalyst to inspire others to follow suit.
