'Kenny the Fish' is swimming to the top

Calling himself a big fish in a small pond, Kenny Yap, chief executive of Qian Hu Corporation, has transformed his business over the past 20 years from near bankruptcy to one of the world's leading exporters of ornamental fish.

The fish from his Singapore fish farm end up in aquariums in over 80 countries around the world.
