Christmas shopping: Will 'click and collect' services boom?

Click and collect services, where customers can pick up their online shopping from a range of destinations, are rapidly growing in popularity.

The John Lewis retailer expects that more than half of its online orders will be collected by customers rather than delivered to homes this Christmas.
