What does the global oil price slump mean for Africa?

The price of oil has been falling and the drop was top of the agenda at November's Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) meeting in Vienna.

For Africa, the slump in the price of crude is a double-edged sword - good for importers, bad for producers.
