Telecoms giant BT looks to buy EE for £12.5bn

The telecoms giant BT is looking to buy the UK's largest mobile network group EE.

They have entered exclusive talks to acquire it for £12.5bn

If successful it would create a communications giant covering fixed-line phones, broadband, mobile and TV.
