Shops reopen after Christmas for Boxing Day sales

Many shops have reopened for the start of the Boxing Day sales after closing on Christmas Day.

It has been predicted that sales on December 26 will come a close second to 'Black Friday', the busiest shopping day of the year.

An estimated £810m was spent on that Friday in November.
