Upside-down yoga catches on in Oz

An unusual airborne workout revolving around a hammock hanging from the ceiling has become the latest exercise fad in Australia.

Aerial yoga, also known as anti-gravity yoga, arrived in Australia about five years ago, and practitioners say its popularity down under is skyrocketing.

The suspended exercise has its roots in performance art and melds traditional techniques with acrobatics, dance and Pilates.

The BBC's Phil Mercer visits a Sydney studio to give it a go.
