Baselworld: Watchmakers take on wearable tech

Baselworld, one of the world's largest watch fairs has opened in Switzerland. But it is not quite business as usual this year.

Sales have stalled slightly in previously fast-growing markets, and the much talked-about Apple smartwatch is about to compete for precious wrist space.
