LINE boss Takeshi Idezawa on chat app growth in Asia

Chat apps - the likes of WhatsApp, WeChat and LINE - have been hugely successful in Asia.

LINE was created in Tokyo in 2011 and is popular for its expressive stickers. It's got just over 200 million monthly active users - and Japan is still its biggest market.

While the company has tried to push the app elsewhere - like the US - Asia remains the focus.

Takeshi Idezawa, chief executive of LINE speaks exclusively to the BBC's Asia business correspondent Karishma Vaswani.
