Bank of England boss Carney warns of global warming risk

The governor of the Bank of England has entered the debate over climate change - telling the BBC that if there is no action now, global warming could become one of the biggest risks to economic stability in the future.

Mark Carney's comments came as he gave a major speech saying that while there is time to act on climate change, the window of opportunity is finite and shrinking.
