Vehicle emissions: How cars in UK are tested

In the wake of the Volkswagen scandal, the UK government has begun spot emissions checks for other car makers. All makes of vehicle could be tested.

The BBC's Transport Correspondent Richard Westcott has been given access to some of this testing, which took place at a secret location.
