VW emissions scandal: UK boss apologises over emissions

Volkswagen's UK managing director has apologised for letting down its customers over the diesel emissions scandal.

Paul Willis was appearing in front of MPs at the Commons Transport Committee, where he was questioned about what he knew about the defeat devices fitted to cars.

He said he would work tirelessly to restore trust in the car manufacturer.
