McLoughlin: Heathrow third runway 'very difficult decision'

Transport Secretary Patrick McLoughlin has said that "it is right to take the time" to decide whether to expand Heathrow Airport.

Mr McLoughlin was speaking after the government said it would not make a decision on a third runway until at least next summer.

A decision had previously been expected by the end of this year.
